The residence is built to the highest specifications implementing the use of the Control 4 system, a smart-house system that allows the guests to easily control the temperature, lighting, alarm system and shutters through the five tablets that are provided throughout the house.

Inside the villa, a large living area is set to accommodate guests within a minimal, soul-soothing decor. The large windows allow natural light to fill the entire residence providing a sense of serenity and allowing full view of the sea and the surrounding nature. The south part of the villa is completed with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The north part features 3 bedrooms, two of which include double showers. The bedroom views open up to either the infinity pool terrace and the sea or the picturesque village of Kassiopi creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. The first floor solely hosts the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a private terrace with a small coffee table, which overlooks the pool, idyllic for breakfast, drinks and stargazing.
